Currently, I'm working for a software startup targeting top-30 pharmaceutical companies. We are situated to lead the most important change to clinical trail protocol development in the last 30 years. I mostly work in customer training and product knowledge management, but will frequent help in other areas including business analysis, project and change management, and process optimization.
